  • Statement letter willing to comply with all applicable health protocols in Indonesia; and

1. Main Document
  • Nationality Passport that is valid and still valid for at least 36 (thirty-six) months;
  • A recent coloured photograph with measurement of 4 cm x 6 cm (four centimetres by six centimetres) with a white background;
  • Second-Home Visa or Second-Home ITAS that belongs to husband or wife, children or parents who are legal and still valid;
  • Evidence of having a family relationship with a foreigner holding a Second-Home Visa or Second-Home ITAS in the form of a marriage certificate or marriage book, for husbands/wives holding Second Home Visas or Second Home ITAS, translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator except in English.
2. Additional Documents
  • Evidence of having received the full dose of the COVID-19 vaccine;
  • Statement letter willing to comply with all applicable health protocols in Indonesia; and
  • Proof of ownership of health insurance/travel insurance which includes health financing, and/or a statement of willingness to pay independently if affected by COVID-19 while in Indonesian Territory.

  • A recent coloured photograph measuring 4 cm x 6 cm (four centimetres by six centimetres) with a white background;
  • Second Home Visa or Second Home ITAS belonging to husband or wife, children or parents who are legal and still valid;
  • Proof of having a family relationship with a foreigner holding a Second Home Visa or Second Home ITAS in the form of a birth certificate or family card stating that the foreigner is the parent or child of the holder of a Second Home Visa or Second Home ITAS, translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator unless in English.

  • Statement letter willing to comply with all applicable health protocols in Indonesia; and

Visa is a Visa of the Republic of Indonesia, hereinafter referred to as a Visa, is a written statement, both manually and electronically, which is given by an authorized official to travel to the Indonesian Territory and becomes the basis for granting a Stay Permit;

Second Home Limited Stay Visa, hereinafter referred to as Second Home Visa, is a Visa not in the context of work given to foreigners and/or their families who live permanently in Indonesia for 5 (five) years or 10 (ten) years after fulfilling certain conditions;

A Stay Permit is a permit granted to a foreigner by an Immigration Officer or foreign service official either manually or electronically to be in Indonesian Territory.

Second Home Limited Stay Permit, hereinafter referred to as Second Home ITAS, is a limited Stay Permit not in the context of work given to foreigners and/or their families to live in Indonesian territory for 5 (five) years or 10 (ten) years after fulfilling certain requirements ;

Re-entry Permit is a written permit given by an Immigration Officer to Foreigners holding limited Stay Permits and Permanent Stay Permits to re-enter Indonesian Territory.

Guarantor is a person or corporation that is responsible for the presence and activities of foreigners while in Indonesian Territory.

Proof of Funds is a number of funds or property owned by foreigners and recognized as evidence of having immigration guarantees.

Companion is a foreigner who joins himself with a husband, wife, child, or parents holding a Second Home Visa or Second Home Stay Permit.

Property is assets in the form of land and buildings as well as facilities and infrastructure that are an integral part of the intended land and/or buildings, namely land owned and buildings owned by foreigners in accordance with laws and regulations.

A non-work visa granted to foreigners and/or their families who live permanently in Indonesia for 5 (five) years or 10 (ten) years after fulfilling certain conditions.

Please ensure that your card has a "3D Secure System" and is open for international transactions;

  8. If you forget your password, please use the "Forgot Password" feature. If you find pending or failed transactions during the application process. Please do not make a new request or make a new payment unless you have been informed by the support desk staff. And if the application and payment for a second home visa is not through the official address above, then we will not serve and respond to any complaints submitted or claims for reimbursement of visa payments.

Benefits obtained by foreigners holding second home residence permits include: Foreigners can invest and or buy property in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (agrarian law in force in Indonesia)

Terms and conditions:
  1. Passport photos:

If your passport is less than 36 months old, you cannot apply for a second home visa and please extend the validity period of your passport.

If the ownership of funds is less than IDR 2,000,000,000.- (two billion rupiah), they cannot apply for a second home visa.

The process of issuing a second home visa takes some time after receiving payment of immigration fees, including visas, residence permits and re-entry permits.

The following are the cost components for a second home which are as follows:
1.Second home visa:IDR 3,000,000,- (three million rupiah)
2.Second home stay permit:IDR 12.000.000,- (twelve million rupiah)
3.Re-entry Permit:IDR 6,000,000,- (six million rupiah)
4.Total:IDR 21.000.000,- (twenty one million rupiah)

Foreigners holding second home visas and/or second home residence permits are allowed to bring companion consisting of:
a. Husband/wife
b. Child, and
c. Parent

After the second home visa for the parent or principal is completed

Steps of user registration and activation are as follows: 1) Fill out the form according to the fields and upload the document; 2) Once complete, please send the registration and the application will display an information pop up containing that the activation link and activation button have been sent to the email address that was registered or please check spam mail; 3) Receive an email activation link and activation button; 4) Please activate the account by selecting and pressing the "activate button" or pressing the activation address link; 5) Activation was successful.
  2. After the account is active, please submit an application by entering the username in the form of the email address that was registered and entering the password then filling in the captcha correctly. You can apply for a second home visa for companion;
  3. Make sure the service menu is on the second home tab;
  4. Then select the menu or companion button which is in the request status;
  5. Please select the add button to create a new request for companion;
  6. Select the type of companion and fill in the name and passport number fields then select the find button;
    Notes:
    The app will display principal data that has been issued a second home visa.
  7. Fill in the fields completely and correctly, including: personal information;
    guarantor information;
    passport information;
    arrival information;
    residence information;

  10. Second home visa issued.

Foreigners who enter using a second home visa, at the immigration counter will be given a second home stay permit and re-entry permit. After the issuance of a Re-entry Permit (IMK), foreigners are allowed to travel in and out of Indonesian territory several times for 2 years and can be extended as long as the period of their stay does not exceed.

The second home visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. The validity period of your second home visa is different from that of a residence permit. The period of residence of the second home visa holder is 5 (five) years from the date of arrival.

Foreigners holding second residence permits will be given a re-entry permit (IMK) in the form of a stamp upon arrival at the immigration counter. The re-entry permit is used as an exit and entry permit for several trips to Indonesian Territory.

A service fee is charged to cover international operating costs.
